CHRISTMAS PRAISE

BELLS ARE RINGING, ANGELS SINGING;
EVERYWHERE THE AIR IS BRINGING
JOYOUS NEWS OF JESUS OUR KING.
LET US PRAISE, LET US PRAISE HIS NAME.

SNOW IS FALLING, EARTH ENTHRALLING;
NATURE EVERYWHERE IS CALLING
COME AND WORSHIP, CEASE YOUR STALLING,
COME AND PRAISE, COME AND PRAISE HIS NAME.

WISE MEN RIDING, GOD PROVIDING
SEARCHING FOR THE CHRIST IN HIDING,
WHO WAS GOD ON EARTH ABIDING,
THERE TO PRAISE, THERE TO PRAISE HIS NAME.

SHEPHERDS IN THEIR FIELDS WERE LONGING
TO HAVE SOME SENSE OF BELONGING;
SUDDENLY ANGELS WERE THRONGING
AS THEY PRAISED, AS THEY PRAISED HIS NAME.

CHRISTMAS BRINGS NEWS SO ASTOUNDING;
GOD IN FLESH IS SO DUMBFOUNDING.
HEAVENS COURTS ARE STILL RESOUNDING
AS ALL PRAISE, AS ALL PRAISE HIS NAME.

BE PERSISTING AT ENLISTING
OTHERS TO JOIN IN ASSISTING
EVERY ANGEL VOICE EXISTING,
AS THEY PRAISE, AS THEY PRAISE HIS NAME.

LET'S BE SHOWING BY OUR GLOWING
CHRISTMAS NEEDS FAR MORE THAN SNOWING;
CHRIST MUST BE WITHIN US GROWING
AS WE PRAISE, AS WE PRAISE HIS NAME.

SPIRITS FLAMING EVER AIMING
TO THIS GOOD NEWS BE PROCLAIMING.
LET US NEVER CEASE EXCLAIMING
PRAISE YOUR NAME, PRAISE YOUR HOLY NAME.
