Jesus is All That--Alive, Attentive, Able, Alliterative, and Alphabetical - Part 1

by Tonja Taylor
12/20/2021 / Writing

As I was waking this morning, the LORD gave me this very interesting article. He has a great sense of humor, and is the all-knowing Author!

If you haven't tried writing things before you're really awake yet, I'd suggest doing it. First, your "editor" is not in full gear, and it may be easier for you to just let the writing flow onto the paper.

I've learned to keep paper and pens in the bathroom, which is the first place I go in the mornings. I've been able to capture several ideas that I may have otherwise forgotten. In fact, I keep paper and pen(s) in every room of my home, in my purse, and in my car.

Ideas are everywhere, and every day is different. Elohim the Creator (Genesis 1), the Author of Life (Acts 3:15), the Writer of the Holy Bible (2 Timothy 3:16), is always speaking, if we have ears to hear--and something to write with to capture what He says! Hallelujah!

So you may want to help yourself be even more creative and productive by putting paper and pens (or white board and markers, or whatever works for you) in every area where you think you may get ideas. By the way, we don't wait for "inspiration to strike." No, no. Jesus is the Inspiration, and He is always available and wanting to communicate with us—and through us to help this needy world--amen!

We are simply His Voice on paper and otherwise! So let us be even more prepared, for this crazy, dark world needs the Light of Christ, the Word of Life, in us!

We must share the wealth!

This morning, a thought came about a couple of "A" words that describe the LORD. The first two were "alive" and "attentive", then He added a few more, such as "able," and as I wrote, they came faster and faster!

The more I wrote, the more "A" words He gave me. My mind started doing the alphabet-dictionary-order thing, and I thought, Jesus is alliterative and alphabetical, too!

Truly, He is the Revelation (Okay, that's not an "A" word, but you know what I mean!). I'm realizing more and more that He's always (There's an "A" word!) ready to pour out His Sprit--however we will work with Him, and allow Him to (another "A" word!), for He has chosen to give us a free will. Hallelujah!

I am free to do all things; but not all things are wise. I am free to do all things; but I will not let myself come under the power of any.--I Corinthians 6:12, BBE (Bible in Basic English)

Christ has truly made us free: then keep your free condition and let no man put a yoke on you again.--Galatians 5:1, BBE

Because you, brothers, were marked out to be free; only do not make use of your free condition to give the flesh its chance, but through love be servants one to another.--Gal 5:13, BBE

It's such an honor to partner with Elohim, the Creator of all good things!

So, as I wrote, He gave me more and more "A" words, and I soon realized, with a little thought as the writing flowed, that I have an entire alphabet of "A" words!

Just like a 5A school is much bigger than a 1A school, the Spirit of Jesus is increase--expansion! Hallelujah!

Alliteration is a form of English construction of sentences where every word, or almost every word, starts with the same letter. In this case, it's "A", although the LORD really was giving me more of a bullet list! However, I knew He would elaborate on each one--as much as I was ready to dictate!

See, He is the Author, and I am a Royal Scribe! (So are you, if you are a writer for the LORD!) Matthew 13:52, which the LORD showed me over a decade ago, has become one of my theme verses for writing (The others are Proverbs 11:30: "...he who wins souls is wise," and Romans 5:19: "...because of the obedience of one man, many will be made righteous." Hallelujah!

Also, He reminded me that, "to him who has, more will be given (Luke 19:26)."  So as I yield myself to Him every day (for He always knows what He wants to write. He knows what will touch and change the readers!), and He works.

He will do the same for you. Just say, “LORD, I yield myself to You. I love You. I’m so honored and thrilled and thankful that You want to partner with me to help this world know You!”

Truly, we are nothing apart from Him, and can do nothing apart from Him.

I am the vine and you are the branches. The one who remains in Me, and I in him, will bear much fruit. For apart from Me you can do nothing.--John 15:5, Berean Study Bible

However, we can do all things through Christ Who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13), and all our efforts bring a profit (Proverbs 14:23) as you yield yourself to Him daily (in every area of life, including writing!).

He will use your words mightily, and I believe there will be people in Heaven--born again, and/or healed, and/or delivered, and/or inspired to use their gifts to the glory of God, or all of those--that will tell you "Thank you for obeying the LORD!" Hallelujah!

“Behold, I am coming soon, and My reward is with Me, to give to each one according to what he has done.--Revelation 22:12, Berean Study Bible
