"Your faith can become sight," Queen Mother said. "Why don't you vision-cast what you want, by writing down details about it, and then finding--or drawing--picitures to match?"

"Oh yes, like I did with Pom Pom?" said Pearl. "I bought her a bowl and painted her name on it, and I read dog books. to learn how to take care of one and I even bought her a collar and leash, then hugged them on my wall, where I could see them!”

This is exciting! thought Pearl. God gives us pictures in our minds, and helps us believe and make them come true!

"I also remember that I cut out pictures and wrote a story about her for school, so I will do that for my royal horse!" Pearl said.

"Yes, dear Pearl," said her mother, "just like we read in Joshua 18, where the enemy had been driven out. All the hard work had been done. There were seven tribes that, for some reason, were just sitting around not enjoying what they already had been given."

She shook her head slightly. "We've probably all done that to a point, because Jesus' blood destroyed every form of the curse in our lives, and gave us the fullness of the Blessing when we believe in Him! The LORD even draws us and gives us the faith to believe! God is so good!"

She raised her hand the Heaven, and a happy tear slipped our of one eye. She wiped it away, and said, "So, what did Joshua tell him to do? We'll have a quick Bible review about that, OK?"

"They had to write something, didn't they?" Pearl asked, remembering a lesson they'd had before. "Yes, they had to go into the land God had already given them, where Joshua and the warriors had driven out the bad guys. So they just wrote out a description of the wonderful place that was already theirs, right, and took it to Joshua?"

Her mother nodded and smiled.

This is so exciting, because we can do the same thing! Pearl thought. God is so awesome! "Wow! Then He gave them the land they'd written about!” Pearl clapped her hands in excitement. "Wow! They just wrote it out, and got it! I can do that too!"

"Yes!" said her mother. "God loves to inspire us to believe Him--which is what faith is--for good things, for big things, and even only things He can do! He gets a lot of glory out of that; it's more proof that He exists, and that He is good, and loves to bless His children!"

Queen Mother patted Pearl's shoulder. "So you are right; that's what God means by 'possessing the land'. Almost always, He would tell them He'd given them something before they actually had it! So they had to use their faith to believe Him, and then they had to take action. They couldn't just sit there and have it given to them. They had to do their part and God helped them.

She let Pearl think about that for a bit, then went on. "That is what you did with all the things you wrote and bought for your royal dog. You wrote the description of the 'land'--the dog you were to possess-- own, or have, and you presented it to God and to me. and He helped you get her, right?

Pearl smiled wide, "Yes, and it will work for my royal horse too!"

Queen Mother smiled. "God knows best. I have nothing against a horse, as long as you take the responsibility for feeding and exercising and brushing it, and doing whatever else needs to be done. You'll need to ask God to supply the horse, and for a place to keep it. These lovely sculptured gardens your dad planted would be too tempting for your horse."

She looked sad for a bit. "I know he's been enjoying the perfect Gardens in Heaven!" She hugged Pearl. "Besides, our neighbor--bless him for taking care of them for us--would not appreciate his fine handiwork becoming food for an equine!" She laughted. "So you'll have to feed your horse regular horse food. Apples in a little sugar will be treats for him, and you can also chip allowance in for his food."

"Her food," corrected Pearl.

"But of course," Queen Mother said, and smiled. "Only a highly intelligent girl horse would do for you, Princess! She laughed a bit. "Now I have work to do, so why don't you sit in the light in the sunroom, and vision-cast, okay? First, though, let's pray."

Pearl came over and hugged her mother. "You're the best mother!" she said, and bowed her head.

They prayed, then Pearl went to her room and found a lovely folder with blue sparkles all over it. She walked to the sunroom, and got in the indoor hammock. Leaning back against the pillow, she looked out the glass wall at the lovely gardens, and started writing. On the inside, she wrote "My Royal Horse," with a specific description of how her horse would look, what she would name it, and how she should care for it.

She also wrote down other things she'd need to do, like figure out where to keep it. She prayed, "Lord, You know all things. Please help me with this, Holy Spirit. Please bring to my mind all the details. I claim Ephesians 3:20, where it says You're going to do much, much more more than I can ask or think imagine or dream about my horse, and other things!"

Pearl clapped her hands again. "Thank You, Daddy God! Like Queen Mother says, everything You give is good! You are so good all the time, and I bless your name! Thank You, LORD!"

"I can't wait to see all these neat things You're going to do, Jesus!"
