Enemies Of Your Today.

Enemies are those people or things that negatively affect your welfare. There are various reasons why enemies remain who or what they are. It is worthy of note that what is more important is HOW you deal with your enemies. The way to handle them goes a long way in the result (s) you will get.

Therefore, it is salient to deal with your enemies effectively so that you will live your life to fulfill your God-given assignment on the Earth. You need not only need to fulfill it but do so joyfully, too.

Do you ever wonder who or what could be the enemies of your TODAY? Yes, you must know them so that you can take necessary steps to conquer them before you become their victim. The enemies? Come along with me:

The first enemy of your TODAY is YESTERDAY.
Your yesterday is a strong foe of your TODAY. You have a yesterday that is either good or bad. Either can constitute an enemy. Your GOOD YESTERDAY can glue you to your past success or achievement which is almost nothing compared with what you have available to accomplish today. If you are not careful, you may live in your YESTERDAY until you become irrelevant in today's scheme of things. I don't know how effective the ash of your past burning can cook the food of today. Therefore, you have to stop living in the euphoria of the past, no matter how glorious it had been. Live today so that your TODAY will be a better YESTERDAY tomorrow.

Not only this, it's possible that you have a BAD YESTERDAY full of ugly stories and sad experiences. This should not be allowed to become an hindrance to your becoming what your Creator wants you to become. The God Who ruled Yesterday is available to rule today and make it better for you and for His glory. Do not hook yourself to the ugly past of your life.
After all, God designed your two eyes to be forward looking. He didn't put them at your back to keep looking and ruminating on the past always. Therefore, watch.
The Holy Scriptures admonishes you lto forget the past and not to think about it.
"Do not remember the former things,
Nor consider the things of old ,
Behold, I will do a new thing,
Now it shall spring fiorth;
Shall you not know it?" Isaiah 43:18-19.
The ugly past can prevent you from knowing those new things the Lord has purposed to do.

Prepare, plan patiently wait for new things today.

The second enemy of your TODAY is TOMORROW. It not impossible that you have a glorious and great future ahead of you. Do not allow this to rob you of the joy of moment, no matter how little it might look compared with the future. The future is comparable to a promissory note that can not be used or spent today. Keep it for the future where it rightly belongs, to even enjoy your future requires your preparation for it today so that you will be FIT AND PROPER for the glorious future.

Therefore, my beloved reader take note of these two ever present enemies and handle them appropriately so that they will not rob you of the joy and work of the moment. Stay blessed and prepared for the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

SALVATIO MESSAGE: It is salient to become a new person today by accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Confess your sins to Him and He will forgive you forever. Determine to forsake your sins and He will give you the Holy Spirit to help you in the journey of your life so that you can live to please Him. Remain blessed in Jesus name.
