Whose Prophet Are You? (1)

Self analysis will lead to self examination; this will lead to self knowledge that will end in self correction, where and when necessary. I am happy that the holy Scriptures encourage us to engage in this. In 2 Chorinthians 13:5, we read, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith, prove your own selves. Know ye not your own, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?" King James Version.
This is very important most especially for those who are truly called by the Lord to work in His Vineyard. This will play significant roles in our lives and Ministries. It will determine a lot of things also.

Deviation is very easy in Ministry. Do you know that the work of a Ministry does not belong to the Minister? Jesus Christ Himself calls it, "My Father's Business." (Luke 2:49). I think this is the best approach to do it faithfully and successfully. This is one of the reasons that the Lord counselled His disciples in those days, (the same holds today), thus, "And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high." Luke 24:49
He went further, "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Acts 1:8.

That is Christ, the only begotten Son of God for you!

Let me call your attention to this truth in His advice or commandment that: it is after the arrival of the Holy Spirit that the work of the ministry can begin. It simply translates that, "No Holy Spirit, No Ministry." Whoever is in Ministry without the Holy Spirit has another ulterior motive(s). God cannot be said to be in such Ministry. If not with what will such a Minister runs his Ministry? By his power and might? This cannot go anywhere. Read these from the Scriptures as contained in Zechariah 4:6, "...Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit"

Please, if you are in ministry without the leading of the Holy Spirit, quit today. It is dangerous for you and all those you have craftly or otherwise assembled. Then, go and seek the face of the Lord for your life as a whole. He knows why you are here on Earth and His purposes for your life. He has the time table for your life. Meet Him. Allow His Holy Spirit to take over your life first; He will guide you into what He wants you to do for His glory on Earth.
Therefore, if you are in ministry without the approval of God by His Holy Spirit, you are not a Prophet of God but a prophet of..(whatever you you can add).

SALVATION MESSAGE: In case you just "stumble"on this piece and you do not know your Creator or you have been so far deceived with one religion or the other, I am happy to inform you that TODAY is the appointed time to be reconciled with your Maker.
*Accept the truth that you are a sinner and cannot help yourself.
*Confess all your sins to the Lord Jesus Christ and ask Him to forgive you, He will surely do.
*Ask the Lord to occupy and control your heart forever.
*Request Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit to with you forever.
* Obtain a copy of the Holy Bible for daily reading and application for great benefits.
*Join an assembly of God's children where the Scripture is held in high esteem for fellowship and growth.
May the Lord help you to walk with Him for the rest of your life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
