Meanings of Some of Colors for Worship

Who shall not reverence and glorify Your name, O Lord [giving You honor and praise in worship]? For You only are holy. All the nations shall come and pay homage and adoration to You, for Your just judgments (Your righteous sentences and deeds) have been made known and displayed.--Revelation 15:4, AMPC

Personally, I think God's favorite color is blue, because the sky is blue--at least appears blue to most humans--and the waters of the sea and lakes and rivers often appear with that hue.

Blue is also the main/first color God instructed the builders of the temple to use, and one of the main colors the LORD instructed to be used in the creation of the ephods of the priests.

Also, there has been more than one well-respected minister state that the Holy Spirit appeared as a flame or ball of blue!

I rest my case. 

So blue is also my favorite color--another way I can be like God. :)

To me, there is not any shade of blue that isn't lovely. Every shade of blue looks nice! 

Blue stands for royalty and a serious nature.

Other colors used in worship include:

1. white, which represents purity and holiness

2. red, for the blood of Jesus and sacrifice

3. amber, which represents the glory of God

4. green, for health and growth and new life

There are many more, so ask the LORD to lead you to reputable sites that can help you learn more about His glory and how to honor Him in worship. He will!
