Even Before We Cry, He Answers!

And it shall be that before they call I will answer; and while they are yet speaking I will hear.--Isaiah 65:24, AMPC

Yesterday, when I saw black smoke billowing into the sky from a yard across the street, I was shocked that people the next house over were walking around and acting like they didn't even see it!

I was concerned that a house fire that had started, or at the least, someone was burning trash (against the city ordinance) and polluting the atmosphere!

I quickly dialed 911--and received more than just fast service. 

I was very pleasantly surprised that--within three minutes--a fire engine arrived, lights flashing! 

I watched through the fence as the firemen got out and one started pulling the hose off the truck. One put on his mask. Within another minute, I heard sirens, and there were two more big firetrucks, and the chief fire officer in his SUV. 

They turned the water on the fire, and within seconds, the smoke turned from black to white. Hallelujah, praise the LORD! 

I was overwhelmed with God's provision of the firemen, and even sending three trucks and the chief!

Tears flowed from my eyes, as I wept for thanksgiving and joy, for if the natural fire department was this fast and faithful, then how much more is our darling Daddy God--Who is Himself goodness, faithfulness, and everything true and right?

As Isaiah 65:24 says, even before we (God's children) cry, He answers!

He is The Good, Good Father!

I also know that, as Romans 10:13 says, all who call on the Name of the LORD shall be saved!

¹³ For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord [invoking Him as Lord] will be saved.--Romans 10:13, AMPC

Hallelujah!

Yes, ultimately Romans 10:13 speaks of being born again by believing faith for forgiveness in what Jesus did on the cross, when He shed His blood over 2,000 years ago to cleanse us of our sins. 

Hallelujah, thank You LORD!

However, the LORD showed me one day that it also means He saves us from distress, trouble, danger, wrong decisions, and more, when we trust in Him, seek Him, and obey Him daily. Hallelujah! 

He is such a good, good Father!

The firemen arriving so quickly, and in such large numbers, helped me know even more deeply that my Daddy God cares about every detail of my life--and of everyone's lives! He is ever listening to us, His precious kiddos, and always ready to respond and help us in every situation!

Hallelujah, all praise and glory to the One Who truly loves us!
