PSALM 37: 39

But the salvation of the [consistently] righteous is of the Lord; He is their Refuge and secure Stronghold in the time of trouble.

SUMMARY:

In order to summarize this scripture I looked into the definitions of some of the Words. For instance, Salvation means to be protected from harm. Consistently means to be constantly repetitively doing the same thing. Refuge means shelter a place of protection. And Stronghold means a well fortified fortress. So this scripture is saying that the person who is saved by the blood of Jesus and who consistently lives a holy clean life will have a place of security and safety in the Lord. The Lord will be a fortified fortress of protection for the child of God that lives clean and holy every day whether people are looking or not looking.

PRAYER:

Father help me to live clean and holy each and every day. Help me to focus on you and keep my mind on you and to meditate in your Word every day. Teach me your way's O Lord. In Jesus name. Amen.
