The Body
by boatrocker Gilmore
4/27/2008 / Christian Living
It is written that the body was created to be the temple of the Holy Ghost.
Most treat it like an experimental rat seeing who can abuse it the most.
The body is suppose to be a holy vessel to do God's will.
Not a toilet, receiving the waste of the world for a cheap thrill.
When the body is treasured -it brings God great satisfaction
But Many use it as an object to engaged in lustful passions
To be a holy vessel or a dirty toilet everyone has a choice.
Who will be used as God created him? Who will obey his voice?
God will destroy those who destroy the body, it is written.
Who can stand before a Holy God when his body is sin ridden?
Prayer: Lord forgive me of misusing my body with any sin. Help me to love what you love and hate what you hate. In Jesus name,Amen.
