Jesus was so committed to the faith that he was willing to die.
For there is no life without death, to believe otherwise is a lie.

We Christian must die to the flesh and to doing our own will.
We must live for Christ so in God's perfect plan we can fulfill.

Unless a seed falls to the ground and die, it abides alone.
Jesus must rise as king in our lives while self must be dethrone.

We must allow God to transform us from being ugly and sinful creatures.
To beautiful obedient children prepared to be holy teachers and preachers.

We must endure the fiery trials that must occur to complete the total transformation.
We must be on one accord with our God trusting him through every life situation.

Jesus is our first example of a person caring a cross for the sins of mankind.
But to see today's Christian picking up their cross and following Jesus is rare to find.

Who will totally commit themselves to living for Christ to the point of death?
Who will say it is for Christ I live and for him I die on their last breath?


Prayer: Lord give me a committed heart to do your will. Help me to never get weary in well doing but strength to endure until the end. In Jesus name, Amen.
