My mind just can't comprehend
The boundless love he shows
My brother, Savior and friend
Who soothes my weary soul

Amazement closely describes
My thoughts on how He gives
Such love so pure that will hide
All sin so I can live

On the cross my brother died
Such pain He did endured
That fact cannot be denied
He paid so I could be pure

For an heir God said I'd be
If Jesus I receive
His Spirit is my witness
I will live eternally

I welcome this love from Him
My heart I open wide
My brother, Savior and friend
In Him I will abide


The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be we suffer with Him, that we may be also glorified together.
