It's Not Over Till God Says It's Over

I just love it when things look like they are done

But, God is not through with it yet.

You think there is nothing else to come

But, you are amazed at what you get.



God has so many wondrous ways

To show the world His mighty provision.

So much of it He shows through our faith

His timing can have to wait on our decision.



Why do we allow circumstance to take over

When time after time we have seen God provide.

There are more ways that He can work for us

We need to not let our faith and our fear collide.



Faith is more powerful than any force!

Just look at all God says Faith can do.

We can believe and let God do His work.

Or we can just wonder what will He do.



God does not give up like we will do.

He knows what it will take a change to bring.

He says He will finish the purpose He has for us.

Truthfully, God doesn't really need us to do a thing.



But, He loves for us to trust in Him.

He loves for us to not suffer from defeat.

If we hold on to what He says to do.

Obedience will bring us victory sweet.



Remember, When things look dark and hopeless

That is when we must stand straight and tall.

When it's done and God says it's done.

We will know He has finished it all.

My poems are spiritual lessons God teaches me in my walk with Him. The more I learn, the more I find I need to be taught by Him. If we really want to be like Him we have to be ready for all the changes He brings to us.
