Created For A Divine Purpose

Now God has us where he wants us, with all the time in this world and the next to shower grace and kindness upon us in Christ Jesus. Saving is all his idea, and all his work. All we do is trust him enough to let him do it. It's God's gift from start to finish! We don't play the major role. If we did, we'd probably go around bragging that we'd done the whole thing! No, we neither make nor save ourselves. God does both the making and saving. He creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join him in the work he does, the good work he has gotten ready for us to do, work we had better be doing.
10 For we are Gods masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. (Ephe2:7-10) The Message
I was marred, deformed and doomed by sin; with no hope; lost without a trail, languishing in Satans cesspool, groaning and moaning day after day. Longing for a release from the pit, the prison, I tried works but they did not work.
So I cried out to You and You came to me. You stooped down and lifted me from the pit to your peak. You wrought a work of wonder; a masterpiece, a poem that had never been came into being; the shriveled flower began to unfurl. The thorn became a rose for you. you wrote a song that will be sung long after I am gone.
You bought me with Your blood and brought me into your vineyard; You washed me in Your water of life, breathe me a New Life. You broke my chains, removed the walls that debarred me from Your presence, set me on a New course for a New cause, a good cause, a great cause.
I was created for a purpose- your purpose, not mine. I may not know that purpose but I know You have a good plan for me. That plan shall unfold as I dwell in Your presence and inquire of my essence. You will not hide it from me. Like You opened up to Abraham, your plans, so will you open up to me. And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do (Gen18:17);
As you opened the eyes of Jeremiah and Paul, so will you open my eyes.
The LORD gave me this message:
5 I knew you before I formed you in your mothers womb.
Before you were born I set you apart
and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.
6 O Sovereign LORD, I said, I cant speak for you! Im too young!
7 The LORD replied, Dont say, Im too young, for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. 8 And dont be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the LORD, have spoken! 9 Then the LORD reached out and touched my mouth and said,
Look, I have put my words in your mouth!
10 Today I appoint you to stand up
against nations and kingdoms.
Some you must uproot and tear down,
destroy and overthrow.
Others you must build up
11 For I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 In those days when you pray, I will listen. 13 If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.
And now Paul:
13At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me.
14And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
15And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.
16But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
17Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
18To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
19Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
Acts 26:13-19 ( KJV)
Regardless of what I see and feel in the natural, I will accept your report, your verdict- the good report- in that You did a perfect work that will show forth your glory. That same power that raised Jesus from the dead, raised me on that day with Him and seated me with Him in heavenly places. Sin shall not have any dominion over me. The Holy Spirit shall empower me to be His original intension. When I fall, I shall rise again. When I falter I shall run to the altar of God. "9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."(1John1:9)
"For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again:.." (Prov:24:16)
"According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death."(Phil1:20)
God is working EVERYTHING for my good. And in everything I give thanks as I wait like Job for my change to come. all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.(Job14:14)
Your investment shall yield a great dividend giving you honour and glory from generation to generation and from nation to nation. The foe may try to kill, steal and destroy, but You have the last word. Your plans shall be fulfilled. Your will will be done and Your Kingdom will surely come.
I will not be ashamed for putting my trust in the Living God.
