Dear Father,

Enable me to be the godly woman that you want me to be. May I be a wife of noble character, and be my husband's crown. May my worth to him and my family be far above rubies. (Proverbs 12:4, 31:10)

Help me to be a kindhearted woman who gains respect. (Proverbs 11:6)

May I be wise, and build my house. Don't let me be like the foolish woman who tears her home down by her own hands. (Proverbs 14:1)

Clothe me with strength and dignity. May I speak with wisdom and have faithful instruction on my tongue. (Proverbs 31:25,26)

Enable me to watch diligently over the affairs of my household, and not eat the bread of idleness. (Proverbs 31:27)

I ask that my children will rise up and call me blessed, my husband also. May I gain his praise, because I am a woman who fears the Lord. (Proverbs 31:28,30)
