Each one needs someone to follow,
As the path of life we trod.
There's only One worth following;
Our Jesus, the Son of God!

Through Him, we learn to live and to grow;
And strive to keep free from all sin.
Show others, His love and compassion;
That can only come through Him!

As we read His Word, we have a guide.
Yes, He's left us His best plan;
For He knows exactly how we feel;
He also, walked as a man!

So, don't look around for a pattern,
For it, is already there;
And Christ will walk closely by your side,
And all of your burdens bear!
