Creating a Culture of Excellence Philippians 1:10 o Description- A ministry must go above and beyond in the area of excellence so that each and every thing done in the area of ministry and service reflects the excellence of God o Actions- Doing the right thing, right repeatedly, Being on time, being responsible, being prepared, being an example, being a team player. Being committed and faithful. Always doing your best, going above and beyond. Focusing on the details that make a difference. Standing and joining in during worship. Attentive and saying amen to announcements. Worshipping during worship, Proactive during meet and greet, Attentive during the word, note takers, participating in the time of giving, joyfully giving tithes and offerings. Creating a Culture of Excitement and Enthusiasm Colossians 3:23 o Description- A ministry must become "Zealous" about the things of Christ- Actively and unreservedly enthusiastic. That is excited & enthused, demonstrating this to others o Actions- Hearty applause, spontaneous reactions such as frequent standing ovations.
