I Believe
by PamFord Davis Fictional Peter Pan wanted children to believe in fairies; their belief would keep the light of Tinker Bell shining bright. I stopped believing in the tooth fairy long ago; she may have been Tinker Bell's distant cousin. Playing make believe is for children; I never saw fairies. I have placed my belief in the reality of the living God. "Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God (Matthew 5:8 NKJ)." I believe....I believe.... "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?' So they said, 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household (Acts 16:30b-31 NIV)." My belief in him will keep my light shining brightly. Christ Jesus draws family members to individual belief in him as Lord and Savior. Through childlike faith, they shall see God.
