Thinks the Best
by PamFord Davis Parents will understand; we think the best of our children. No, we do not blindly believe that they do no wrong; yet, we believe 'in them.' With love, we trust they will as a rule try to do what is right. As God's children, we do not do what is best. We sin against Him, betraying the trust of our Father. Isaiah remembers the Father's mercy. [Isaiah 63:7] And the LORD "For He said, 'Surely they are My people, children who will not lie.' So He became their Savior (Isaiah 63:8 NKJ)."
