Testify
by PamFord Davis I admit it; I fear rejection. I'm in good company; the human race has feared rejection since Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden and went into hiding. They not only experienced guilt and shame but also feared the rejection of their Creator, Father. We attempt to avoid rejection through a vast array of means; becoming people pleasers, we cave into pressures by peers and begin the assimilation process. As chameleons, we blend in with the world and lose our powerful witness for Christ. I testify to His acceptance "Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace (Ephesians 1:3-7 NKJ)."
