Folly
by PamFord Davis

Children have active imaginations

They play house.

They play cowboys and Indians.

They play cops and robbers.

They even 'play church.'

"Lord, forgive me for the folly of playing church."

The early church did not play games

"Then the churches throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were edified. And walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they were multiplied (Acts 9:31 NKJ)."
