ANGELS WATCHING SOLDIERS
by Lewis E. Thomas

A group of angels watched two Soldiers on earth from Heaven up above!
They pointed to "the one" Soldier that they truly loved!

Both Soldiers were in the Ranks of The Righteous but one was much more lethal!
These Soldiers attended the same Church but were anything but equal!

The Angels could see in the "Spirit World" unlike us mortal men!
One of the two Soldiers was carrying the heavy weight of hidden Sin!

The two Soldiers went to different battle grounds to fight!
Only one "SCARED" the evil spirits and put them all to flight!

One ANGEL said "Let's call that Soldier "RAMBO" because he never, ever backs down!"
"He has no hidden weights of sin to beset him or to slow him down!"

He wears the Whole Armor of God and carries a two-edged sword!
He fights hard against the evil forces and will receive an eternal reward!

"You see how the Demons flee when they see him lift his Sword?"
"They cannot stand against him no matter how great their hoard!"

"He is heavily armed with the Word of God and he has done spiritual battle many times!"
"He is covered with the Blood of Jesus and forgiven of all his crimes!"

He walks in righteousness 24/7 everywhere he goes!
He is a Soldier that "every" evil devil and demon knows!

"Even the great Demon Generals tremble when he arrives!"
"Because he cannot be defeated by evil devices because God has made him wise!"

"The great hordes of demons flee from this one little man!"
"Because he wields the power of the KING of KINGS, and on "THE ROCK" he stands!"

Ephesians 6:

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:
