THE GATE KEEPER
by Lewis E. Thomas I prayed hard one night at the foot of my bed! I asked the Lord about the abode of lost souls and the dead! Suddenly, a portal opened in the floor just to my right! I heard screams that filled my soul with fright! Hell's "Gate Keeper" was ordered by God to take me down! He called my name and said "Come with me" and I will show you around! The Gate Keeper was an "old Politician" who sold his soul to Satan while on earth! He had spent his life "supporting abortion" and the right to kill a child before birth! He told me that Hell had many different levels of punishment and pain! That each level increased in severity of punishment and were not all the same! He showed me a level filled with those who died supporting Roe v Wade! They were found "wanting" in the balances when they were weighed! As we passed on downward to other levels on our descent. We passed multitudes from "all walks of life" who refused to accept JESUS and repent! We finally reached the bottom level where the punishment was "most" severe! Then "I" became gripped with guilt and seized by a holy fear! This level had a digital sign reading "Grudge Holders" and it was flashing "my" name! I was siezed by holy conviction and hung my head in shame! The Gate Keeper said, "You have an appointment with us and just a few days to live!" You will join all the other "grudge holders" on this level who refused to "forgive"! Suddenly, I awoke, still on my knees, at the foot of my bed! I cast "all my grudges" down at Jesus's feet and then I said: "Lord, I repent of my sin, please forgive me and let me live"! I promise that from now on, "I will always love others and forgive"!
