The Forest
by Richard L. Provencher is full of dips and peaks and if you are careless it will eat you alive. Sometimes a branch may whip your face and its brief scar remind you this is not the city where people are nice, at least sometimes and the screech of an eagle warning you are an intruder and its lunch is just below the Falls you admire with a photo shot. So get out of the way and let this Star in the woods descend on wings that hover then fold slightly as it screams downwards knowing those quickening fins will never escape. Richard enjoys writing poems; many of which have been published in Print and Online. He and his wife, Esther are also co-authors of stories and a print novel. They are "born again" Christians and very busy in their church, Abundant Life Victory International, in Bible Hill, Nova Scotia. Article Source: http://www.faithwriters.com |
