EVIL THINGS
by Lewis E. Thomas I have learned how cruelty and pain can be inflicted on others in ways that we cannot measure! The most cruel forms of cruelty come straight from those that we dearly treasure! I have found that the "deepest wound" that my old heart has ever received! Happened "this year" and has caused my old heart to really grieve! It all lies behind a continuing story that causes me to grieve and fret! It's all wrapped up in my grand daughter and the grandson I have never met! Did you ever think you could grieve over and miss someone you have never met? My eyes and my 8M old grandson's eyes have "never" looked on each other yet! Jesus said that we "must forgive" others to make it to Heaven above! So, I promised God I will always repay acts of cruelty to me with acts of love! I have learned that "life is too short" to give any grudge a foothold in my heart! Because grudges are "Evil Things" that destroy and rip a family apart! A grudge is a chain and shackle that tightens itself around your soul! And Sin's heavy weight can prevent you from walking on Heaven's Streets of Gold! Lewis E.
