Abundant peace…

“I praise You seven times a day
for Your righteous judgments.
Abundant peace belongs to those
who love Your instruction;
nothing makes them stumble.
Lord, I hope for Your salvation
and carry out Your commands.
I obey Your decrees
and love them greatly.
I obey Your precepts and decrees,
for all my ways are before You (Psalm 119:164-168 HCSB).”

His precepts, His peace…

“For He is our peace, who made both groups one and tore down the dividing wall of hostility. In His flesh, He made of no effect the law consisting of commands and expressed in regulations, so that He might create in Himself one new man from the two, resulting in peace. He did this so that He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross and put the hostility to death by it. When the Messiah came, He proclaimed the good news of peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father (Ephesians 2:14-18 HCSB).”

Peace through Him, peace of the Father…

“Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses every thought, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any moral excellence and if there is any praise—dwell on these things. Do what you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you (Philippians 4:6-9 HCSB).”
