THE FIVE FOOLISH VIRGINS
by Lewis E. Thomas THE FIVE FOOLISH VIRGINS Every confessing Christian knows the parable of the "TEN VIRGINS" by heart!
The "FIVE WHO WERE FOOLISH" is where I want to start!
I have often wondered how many people in the world have and will die and go to Hell?
If we look at the holy Scriptures we can wisely tell!
The "TEN VIRGINS" represent ten Christians, previous sinners, who had been born again!
Five of them grew foolish and let their faith and anointing "run out" because of neglect or by indulging in Sin!
They had become "baren trees" bearing no good fruit at all!
They were nowhere around when the Bridegroom made His call!
FIVE out of the "TEN" were not "ready" when the BRIDEGROOM came!
They will forever be remembered as the "ONES WHO WERE TURNED AWAY IN SHAME"!
Five out of the Ten were "REJECTED" because they were spiritually "NOT READY" to meet God!
How about "YOU" today on that path you trod?
Five out of Ten lost would indicate that only half of those who call themselves Christians will make it to Heaven above!
Does Jesus have "FIRST PLACE" in your heart when you are dishing out your love?
Is your Bible seldom read and covered with a layer of dust!
Has your love for Jesus and God the Father been replaced by worldly lusts?
The story of the "Ten Virgins" proves that the popular doctrine of "UNCONDITIONAL ETERNAL SECURITY" is a lie!
Time to get our hearts right with our Great Creator beyond the sky!
Are you like unto one of the "FIVE" who let their love for Jesus "run out" and grow cold?
Can you "really" look into a mirror at yourself "today" and "TRUTHFULLY" say:
"IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL"?

Matthew 25:1-13
Matthew 22:36-40
Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.
Hebrews 2:3
How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation?
Luke 12:4-5
I tell you, my friends, do not be afraid of those who kill the body and after that can do no more. But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after your body has been killed, has authority to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him. And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Matthew 7:21
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
