Lord, I am so very thankful,
for all You’ve given me
for giving me the eyes of faith
so Your blessings I could see.

Thankful for each season,
You have brought me though
thankful for the cross
that keeps me close to You.

Thankful for the Good Word,
so I may study and read
thankful that I have learned
it’s only You I really need.

Thankful for the good days,
and the bad ones too
thankful that no matter what
they all led me right to You.

Thankful You’re always there,
to listen to my prayers
thankful I can talk to You
and give You all my cares

Thankful for Your grace,
for Your love bountiful
and I want You to know
I think Your wonderful!
