WATCH OUT!!!
by Lewis E. Thomas WATCH OUT!!!
Watch out when you begin to get "too close" to God and begin to love Him "too much"!
"Watch Out" when your "NUMBER #1" priority is seeking God and His tender loving touch!
You will begin to be shunned and avoided by even those who call you "FRIEND"!
Because when you walk "TOO CLOSE" to God you will bring "CONVICTION" on many for their lukewarmness and their sin!
WATCH OUT if you are invited over to a "GRILL OUT" with friends on that path you trod!
WATCH OUT if you begin to talk "TOO MUCH" about GOD!
It's OK to talk all day about SPORTS, HUNTING, FISHING and the like!
But if you talk "TOO MUCH" about God your friends may "secretly in their hearts" want you to "TAKE A HIKE"!
I would like to say to those folks who would be offended by you!
Don't you realize that God may be sending one of His "MOST DEVOTED SERVANTS" over to "RESCUE" you???
Do you get offended by one who is greatly concerned about the condition of your soul!
If so, you may be much "CLOSER" to going to Hell than going to those "STREETS OF GOLD"!
If so, You should repent immediately and "THANK GOD" for sending that ZEALOUS CHRISTIAN over to you!
For "NARROW IS THE GATE" leading to HEAVEN and those who find it "ARE FEW"!
If you for God with all of your heart begin to "SEARCH"!
"WATCH OUT" because you will offend many of the unsaved and the lukewarm backsliders in your Church!
If you are one of those irritated by those who love God "TOO MUCH"!
It's a "SURE SIGN" that a piece of your heart is "STILL IN" ole Satan's "DEADLY CLUTCH!

Can we love God too much?
Luke 20:27
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.
Titus 2:14
Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, "ZEALOUS" of good works.
