WHERE WOULD I BE?
by Lewis E. Thomas WHERE WOULD I BE? Without the Grace of God where would I be?
Without Jesus I would be spiritually blind and unable to see!
Without the blood of the Crucified I would be hopelessly lost!
Where would I be without that "OLD RUGGED CROSS"?
Where would I be if that "CROWN of THORNS" had never wounded the head of "CHRIST"!
Where would I be "without" the "PRECIOUS PEARL OF GREAT PRICE"?
Where would I be without the "LAMB OF GOD" who died for my Sins?
Where would I be today if I had not been washed in His blood and "BORN AGAIN"?
Where would I be if those spikes had never pierced those innocent hands and feet?
Where would I be if I had never embraced His awesome Love so sweet?
Where would I be today if Jesus had not died on that CROSS for me and for you?
Where would I be if He had not said: Father "forgive them" for they know not what they do!
Where would I be if that Roman soldier's spear had never pierced His side?
Would I still be a slave to lust, greed, or pride?
Where would I be today without my "LORD and MY MASTER?
Without Jesus my Savior I know I would surely be headed for "ETERNAL DISASTER!
Where will "you" spend eternity when your life is OVER, FINISHED, and "DONE"?
I'll close this rhyme with a little question:
Are you "serving" the "FATHER and THE SON"?
