ARE YOU A JUDAS CHRISTIAN?
by Lewis E. Thomas ARE YOU A JUDAS CHRISTIAN? The title of this poem is a "QUESTION" and an "OXYMORON" at it's "BEST"!
As you read the lines check yourself to find out if you "PASS THE TEST"!
#1 Are you a "SECRET SINNER" when there is no one around to catch you in "THE ACT"!
Do you try to hide your secret sins so no one will ever learn the "FACTS"?
#2 Are "YOU" a JUDAS CHRISTIAN who secretly lusts for "SILVER and GOLD?
Are you focused more on "PERSONAL GAIN" than on the "CONDITION OF YOUR SOUL"?
#3 Do you "BETRAY" the God you claim to love over and over again?
Like by missing Church Services "OFTEN" to go shopping, fishing, or hunting with a friend!
#4 Are you a "GREEDY SAINT" who robs GOD by refusing to pay your "TITHES?
Are you a "TRAITOR TO GOD" by spreading gossip laced with rumors and lies?
#5 Are you a JUDAS CHRISTIAN who serves "YOURSELF" rather than Christ on that path you trod?
Do you "PRETEND" to be a "CHRISTIAN" like JUDAS did while you have a heart that is far from God?
#6 Do you betray God by yielding your voice to ole Satan time and time again?
Do you bring shame to God's name by using profanity and other unholy words that are steeped in "Sin"?
Judas Iscariot was "ONE of THE TWELVE" chosen by the "GREAT I AM" HIMSELF"!
But though he had the title of "APOSTLE OF CHRIST" ole JUDAS only served "HIMSELF"
There is nothing in the Scriptures to confirm that Judas ever did anything "GOOD" for God!
How about you today or do you think that question to be odd?
If you are a "JUDAS CHRISTIAN" repent "NOW" and to your knees quickly "FALL"!
Because a "JUDAS CHRISTIAN" is a lost sinner and no "TRUE CHRISTIAN" at all!
