Dear Lord up in that HEAVENLY city above:
You know that you have my love!
I love you Lord, but I just don't have the time to read your Word and pray!
Don't judge me by my actions, just "BELIEVE" what I say!
I love you Lord, in my own way!
Though I seldom talk to you or give you the time of day!
I love you Lord but I've got important things to do come Sunday morn!
I may decide to just cruise through my little neighborhood and toot my horn!
I love you Lord, and I tell other folks that it is so!
But Church is a place where I just don't care to go!
I love you Lord, even when I'm out on Sunday mornings fishing for a "BASS"!
Or doing a few little side jobs to make a little extra "CA$H"!
I love you Lord, you can "BELIEVE" what I say!
I love you Lord, but I have to do things my way!
I love you Lord, but I just have to keep you on "THE BOTTOM" of my list!
That's why my "LOVE FOR YOU" is at best just a "HIT"and a "MISS"!
I love you Lord, and maybe "ONE DAY" I will have time "FOR YOU"!
But right now I have "TOO MANY" things to do!
