A FATHER'S LEAD
by Lewis E. Thomas A FATHER'S LEAD It is a known fact that a GREAT percentage of prison inmates come from fatherless homes!
Cities like Chicago are a "PRIME EXAMPLE" of this and have become" KILLING ZONES"!
Yet many homes that have a father present are not much better if you please!
Many homes have unsaved godless FATHER'S that don't know how to spiritually "LEAD"!
The "VIOLENCE AND LAWLESSNESS" we see today is a direct result of this "FACT"!
Many Children have no "HOLY" role model to lead them, so they go out and commit many evil, criminal acts!
It's been said many times that if the Father in a family repents and becomes Born Again!
That the whole family will usually follow his lead to be "SAVED FROM SIN"!
Children need Holy Roll Models in their Fathers and in their Mothers!
Then they will grow up clearly knowing how they should love and treat others!
As a Parent you have the "POWER" to lead your children to that "OLD RUGGED CROSS"!
If you fail them here there is a Great Chance that when they die they will become "ETERNALLY LOST"!
The "NUMBER ONE PRIORITY" you should have for your children is to lead them to God!
If you are an "UNSAVED PARENT" you'll think this "TRUTH" to be ridiculous and odd!
Your number one priority shouldn't be to get your children into "HARVARD" or "YALE"!
It shouldn't be to teach them to get through the door "FIRST" at a "BLACK FRIDAY SALE"!
It shouldn't be to teach them to chase after the world's fame, fortune, silver, and gold!
Because the Bible says: What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul!
As a "FATHER" is your "LEAD" guided by the hand of God and progressing very "WELL"?
Or is your "LEAD" taking your children down an unholy, godless, and evil "PATH TO HELL"?
