God our Father (when we are born again, by our faith in the blood of His Son, Jesus, shed at the cross for us over 2,000 years ago! (John 3:15-17) is so good!

I write and teach online and study many things, so there is a lot of "desk time." I was having challenges with pain and stiffness in my neck, but the LORD gave me an ephiphany, a simple solution: stand up and work!

This is easier with a laptop, of course, than with a desktop computer, but it can be done with both.

You need your comfort level to be able to last for hours, if you work several hours straight. You'll have to experiment with what is best for you.

When I was looking to see what I had without buying other equipment, I realized I had everything I needed already. God is good! I have a card table, and on top of it, I have a small, light table about 2 1/2 feet by 2 feet. I put my laptop on top of the little table, and it's just right for me to teach several hours.

I also have a wrist rest in front of the laptop.  My camera is on a microphone stand that is adjustable.

Ask the LORD and He will help you set up a workspace where you can stand, if you like, or if you need to.
