How to Freshen Your Hair Without Washing It
by Tonja Taylor

It took a few years, but I finally found it: my answer to keeping my hair fresher between washings!

I have fine, long hair, which can get oily faster than hair that's more coarse. You'll have to adjust according to your hair, but putting a bit of cornstarch (preferably organic/Non-GMO) at the roots and even a bit on the ends if needed, will help freshen your hair and give you more time between washings.

Another quick tip is to wash your hair twice, being careful not to strip your hair, but just get it where it lathers and is "squeaky clean," before you condition it.

A third tip is not to overdo the conditioner. Put it mainly on the last 2/3 of your hair; leave at least an inch from the roots before you apply it.

May these quick, easy tips give you more free time, with your hair looking good!
