Psalm Something (excerpt) - Protection in Psalm 91
by Tonja Taylor

Protection in Psalm 91!

We can declare this Psalm over ourselves and our loved ones, and know that the LORD's angels listen to God's Word in our mouths. Hallelujah!

Now more than ever is the time to draw closer to Him through His Word, prayer, Bible-believing church attendance, and worship!

You cannot go wrong speaking the Word of God over yourself and your loved ones!

The Word of God is alive and active; powerful! It is the life-changer, Hallelujah!

We can claim the promises of the Word. Glory to God!

We can make the Word person, for He is! Jesus is the Word (John 1); He is our personal Savior, when we receive His forgiveness and cleansing of our hearts by His blood shed on the cross for us (John 3:15-17)! Hallelujah!

For instance, we can say over ourselves, "Thank You, Father, that Your Word is true, unchanging, and eternal! I declare Psalm 91 over myself and my family today. You tell us to say that You are our Refuge and Fortress; our God, on Whom we lean and rely, and confidently trust. You say when we do this, that You will deliver us from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.

You tell us, LORD, that when we trust in You, You keep us safe"no matter whats going on in the earth. Your angels watch over us, and keep us safe.

Thank You, LORD, you tell us that you answer us when we call upon You, and You answer us and help us, and give us long, good life, and show us Your Salvation!

So know that when you pray Psalm 91, you are praying protection over yourself and your loved ones!
