Mould Your Destiny.
by Olawale Ogunsola

In most cases, many do not believe that there is something called a "destiny". Certain people are of the opinion that everyone had received "a pack" containing what he is on earth to achieve or become.

Irrespective of your leaning on this matter of vital truth you cannot run away from the fact that you are here on the earth to carry out an assignment among humanity for your Creator. One thing about this is that you may not know this, if you do not take time to find out from yourself through your God.

Another important truth is that you may or may not discover your mission in life as early as possible. Yet, the earlier you discover yourself in the scheme of God's things, the better. This will encourage and inspire you to pursue your goals in life. One amazing truth is that age twelve is important in the journey of destiny or fulfillment of your assignment here on earth.

This was the case with the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ. He knew that He was in the world to do His Father's bidding, His business. The Scriptures reveal,
"And when he was twelve years old,... they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions." Luke 2:42,46.
He finally asserted,
"How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?" verse 49.

In many cases, people do not discover their roles in life as early as possible. During their silent or dark years, their lives are infected and affected negatively by others who ought to be their "destiny helpers". Such close foes inflict serious injuries on them.

However, this is not the end of the road.

You can still discover who you are and what you are ent here to perform and achieve it.

A glaring example is that of Jabez in the Holy Bible in 1 Chronicles 4.
We are informed in verse 9 thus,
"And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, because I bare him in sorrow."

He did not resign to accept this evil pronouncements. He took his destiny in his hand but gave it to his Maker for necessary and needed adjustment and amendment. He reported his case thus,
"Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me!" verse10(in part).

What was the outcome of his supplication?

The Word of God reveals," And God granted him that which he requested. " verse 10(latter part).
Glory be to God who remains forever. He never changes nor fails, you can also present your case to Him to fulfill your God-given roles in the affairs of mankind. No degree of injury to your destiny can hinder Him.

You can mould your destiny to attain your Creator's plans and purposes for your life.
Stay blessed and prepared for the imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.
NOTE FOR SALVATION
The Father loveth the Son (Jesus Christ), and hath given all things into his hand.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3::35-36.
