A couple months ago, this Spirit Song floated up in my conscious. It is to the tune of the beloved song, "I'd Rather Have Jesus" that has been around for years. 

The original says, "I'd rather have Jesus/than silver or gold..."

I have been learning about my rights in the blood Covenant with God through Jesus. So my thought was Hey! I want Jesus and silver and gold! He put all the wealth in the earth for us His kids, not for the devil and his crowd! 

I'd rather have Jesus

with houses and lands

than the treacherous devil

who's on shifting sand!

I'd rather have Jesus

Who's turned on the light

That by His blood

with blessings galore

than the defeated devil
