I know your name, and love you, Even when you push Me aside. I keep seeking and drawing, No matter how you try to hide.
Others may say you’re hopeless, And give up on you, in despair; I long to be your Savior, And show you I’m really there.
Denying my existence, Does not make it really true. It cannot keep my great love From reaching out, yes, e’en to you!
I see many empty things, That often bring fleeting pleasures. But I AM life’s true meaning, And the greatest of all treasures!
I know the lies you believe, That hold captive, though you can’t see. I want you to know my truth, That can make you so truly free.
Let me show you Who I AM, And my great, boundless love, so true. Will you let me come inside, And have my perfect way, in you?
I bring hope, where there’s despair; I fill the darkness with my light! I mend, and make you anew; My child, in whom I delight.
My arms are open for you; Longing for you to come to Me! Remember me, while there’s time, And my love, shown at Calvary.
