CHESTER JAMES McDONALD

Chester James McDonald

I met Chester today when I bought him a meal at CROWS CORNER store. He is at present a homeless man traveling along our highways.
He was sitting at a picnick table outside. I had noticed him as I went in. I had driven there to get some chicken tender snack meals to take back home. I bought an extra one and gave one to this man I learned was Chester James McDonald. He was a very friendly, humble soul.
He was dirty, disheveled and rough looking.
Such is the case with most who live homeless!
He greatly appreciated the food I gave him. My heart went out to him and God moved me to give him $100.00 I had on me! I asked him not to buy alcohol with the money, just food.
I guess he hugged me about 5-6 different times thanking me! There was something very likeable about him! I pointed to the sky and I told him to call on Jesus and to give his heart to Jesus and God would meet his every need!
He was impressive in his humility and humbleness! I gave him one of my poetry cards that I had written my email address on.
I said goodbye to him and told him to keep praying to Jesus! As I got in my car I saw him drop down on one knee and bow his head!
I still get teared up when I think about this homeless soul! I cant seem to stop praying for him! Asking God to save his soul and to meet all his needs! He let me take a pic of him and I've since put his name and today's date on the pic so I want forget to pray for him!
If you want to get God's favour, reach out to those like Chester and be the hand of God to them! Pray for them! Buy them a meal!
Thank God every day that you have a home, food, and a roof over your head! There are many like Chester out there. Dont let God see you ignoring them, lest God starts ignoring you also! Remember, we "REAP" what we "SOW"!
