Jesus Has Great Joy in Presenting You to the Father!
by Tonja Taylor 24 Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling or slipping or falling, and to present [you] unblemished (blameless and faultless) before the presence of His glory in triumphant joy and exultation [with unspeakable, ecstatic delight]—25 To the one only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory (splendor), majesty, might and dominion, and power and authority, before all time and now and forever (unto all the ages of eternity). Amen (so be it).--Jude, verses 24-25, AMPC Hallelujah! Look at this--Jesus, through His sacrificial death for us on the cross over 2,000 years ago, upon which He shed every drop of His pure blood to pay for our sins, so we could be free, and go to Heaven when our bodies die--delights in dressing us in His Robe of Righteousness (acquired only by faith in what the blood of Christ did for us, and God gives us the faith, and Jesus gives us the blood! It's a win-win!), and presenting us to God the Father, the Sovereign LORD of the universe! What a truly good, good, awesome God we serve!! (I can only use the word "awesome" for Him!) Truly, the LORD our God is so merciful and kind and long-suffering. Yes, He is holy, and He cannot abide sin; cannot and will not tolerate it--except through the blood of His perfect Son, Jesus Christ, the only true Savior of the world! Extol the Lord our God and worship at His holy hill, for the Lord our God is holy!--Psalm 99:9, AMPC If anyone does hurt to God’s temple or corrupts it [with false doctrines] or destroys it, God will do hurt to him and bring him to the corruption of death and destroy him. For the temple of God is holy (sacred to Him) and that [temple] you [the believing church and its individual believers] are.--1 Corinthians 3:17, AMPC Even as [in His love] He chose us [actually picked us out for Himself as His own] in Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy (consecrated and set apart for Him) and blameless in His sight, even above reproach, before Him in love.—Eph. 1:4, AMPC But as the One Who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living. For it is written, You shall be holy, for I am holy.--I Peter 1:15-16, AMPC God is the God Who loves. He not only loves us with an everlasting love, He is Love! He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love.--I John 4:8, AMPC Often, it is hard for us to understand the Hesed, merciful, forgiving true and faithful Love of God, the Supreme Power, Creator, and Sustainer of the universes, because all we've ever experienced is what the world calls love. God is a Covenant God, and the real Love of God is pure, so when we see a human do an act of goodness from the heart--with no ulterior motive for gain, but simply to help another have a better life--then that is God in action! Hallelujah! So rejoice, and tell your mind to shut up, and choose to believe God (It is a choice, and the LORD can help us choose to believe in Him, no matter what things seem like, and no matter what things others say that are against God!). He is good, and when you seek Him, you will find Him. He loves you more than you know and wants to have a wonderful, deep, close relationship with you, His darling creation and (from the moment you choose Jesus as your Savior and LORD by confessing your sin and asking Him to forgive you and come into your heart!) His child! Hallelujah! How great is our God! He delights in you, and, for a really neat topic study, just plug in "delight" into the Bible search, and you'll find many more verses about that. Go for it!
