As Christ followers seek the Lord,

to be cleaned and changed for His Desire;

every little one screams for parents

to be made clean in fresh new attire!

Whether a whaling babe, or believer’s cry,

God’s Spirit beckons each call,

so that angelic babes be soothed,

and saints avoid the treacherous fall.

In God’s Loving Hands that made us,

we are enabled to change and grow,

then we fill up with gratitude

for all He has done;

noting His Rescue from each and every foe.

Oh change me into Your Image;

all I crave is for my light to shine

in vibrant reflection of YOU,

just as parents raise cherished offspring

in flattering imitation

of every little thing they do.
