Sweet love has become our conqueror, 

how else can this reunion be explained?

As such a magnitude of disappointment,

cannot undo the unrepairable and the stained.

So remarkably we see transformation;

fitting with newness and fresh delight,

our Lord and Savior making it all possible,

His Love turning over the course of our plight.

For without Him, could forgiveness even happen?

Would reunion ever step up into the feat?

Would we see aid coming in the form of weather--

the brilliant sunshine, falling snow or winter sleet?

Discourse decided the timing;

five whole years we wept against the rage,

but no one else could replace 'US,'

as we continued in a war,

we so reluctantly waged.

Finally we've come to oneness in vison,

look how we suffered so long for love's sake,

now, with love reignited,

we stroll hand in hand

along our sparkling lake.

And, as we stroll,

and stare at the lovely water;

watching the breezy ripple and wave,

we rejoice on the straight and narrow path,

of rekinkled desire,

that the Lord made us to crave.
