AT DEATHS OPEN DOOR

by Eugene Lopatynsky
11/05/2017 / Death

A time is coming, when your spirit (personality and consciousness) will separate from your body. You don’t believe it? Kiddo, it’s an absolutely sure thing.

It has happened to every previous generation. Only two people have been exempt till now, Enoch and Elijah, and I believe they are coming back as the two witnesses to die during the apocalypse. God told Adam and Eve “you will surely die”, it applies to all mankind. Better listen to every syllable of God.

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul

1Cor. 15:40 : There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.

The DUST OF THE GROUND and the BREATH OF LIFE from God , these are not dust and air movements, they represent TWO created, infinitely complex BODIES, if you please, which have been united into a human LIVING SOUL, a single entity.

Rephrased, the Lord God created a CELESTIAL body (Spirit DNA, God's Breath) for man, then a TERRESTRIAL body (Dust DNA) for man, and the UNION OF THE TWO became at Gods will an integrated, functioning unit, alive, called a LIVING SOUL.

At the moment of physical death both the TERRESTRIAL body and the SOUL, both, are dead. They are no longer a living UNION of terrestrial and celestial bodies. Only the celestial body survives.

What happens to the dead body? Usually a total destruction of the body will commence. It is slow but unspeakably terrible. Some think it better just to cremate the dead body and have it over with. Dust to dust.

What happens to your spiritual body? That one continues on, pending judgment. It will be an immense surprise to some, who expected to escape both justice and all their problems. To others, beguiled by the lies of Satan, the shock will be even greater, to behold their everlasting destruction laid before them, in place of Satan’s lying promises and fables. It just makes a great difference in whom you trust, in whom you confide.

Christ Jesus, himself, explained about Lazarus and the rich man. Luke 16:19-31

19 “There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 and there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 and desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 and in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.”

At the moment of physical death there are two different destinations for the surviving Spiritual Body (some still call this a human soul), until the final judgment. These are well defined in God’s Word. There is NO PURGATORY. That concept was invented by the Catholics to disarm a total forgiveness of Christ, a forgiveness not needing church or priests. Both salvation and perdition are really permanent.

Salvation offered by our most wonderful God is equally well defined in God’s Word. It is gratis, free, just for believing on the Son of God, Christ Jesus, and behaving accordingly. To God it was not gratis, it cost our Lord Jesus everything. It is now given freely to all who are willing to leave the ways of Satan and choose the wonderful ways of God.

Before the sacrifice of Christ Jesus salvation was actually “on credit” (until payment). It became a reality when Jesus said “It is finished”.

When He said, IT IS FINISHED, He bowed His head, and gave up His life, for you and for me (Jo. 19:30).

“And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; and the graves were opened; and many of the saints which slept arose (
Mark 27:51-52)”

Why, how could this be?

God has only one provision for redemption , forgiveness in the spiritual realm is available only by means of a proxy, by somebody else, who is absolutely sinless, innocent, without “spot or wrinkle”, a Kinsman Redeemer, who is willing and capable of taking YOUR GUILT and YOUR PUNISHMENT upon himself.

Only God could be thus capable.

Father God cannot or will not forgive arbitrarily. You think any priest can just simply forgive anybody’s sins?

The penalty for sin is death. This provided Satan with the sense of invincibility. To save mankind GOD WOULD HAVE TO DIE. Impossible! Not to mention that God would have to become a Kinsman, a man. Satan’s self-assurance lasted until the Cross.

With infinite love God gave us a Savior, to pay our penalty and a Bible, a guide and a light on our path! The Bible is a love story; written with blood, upon a wooden cross; the story of God’s love for you.

Men are not lost because they are sinners; they are lost because they have rejected Jesus who died for them. Even if you go into a lost eternity and have not accepted Christ, He died for you, and you simply made His sacrifice for you of no avail. You have trodden underfoot the blood of your Savior.

Any CONCEIVABLE sacrifice in this world is worthwhile just to find Jesus and to belong to Him! If you want Him, pray now with me, "DEAREST LORD JESUS, FORGIVE ME MY SINS. COME INTO MY LIFE AND BE THE RULER OF MY LIFE. HELP ME TO LOVE YOU MORE EVERY DAY, TO OBEY YOU WITH ALL MY STRENGTH AND TO READ YOUR BIBLE DAILY, EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE."

If you do this, and mean it, with an open heart, this prayer will never fail. It will become the greatest thing you will ever have, and it will last forever.

It was finished at the Cross. For us, it has only begun. THE EYE HAS NOT SEEN, AND THE EAR NEVER HEARD, NEITHER CAN MAN EVEN IMAGINE THE HAPPINESS THAT GOD PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM (
1Cor. 2: 9, paraphrased, if you please). God’s Word, Sir. Look it up.

What do you suppose will confront those who REJECT the immense gift of a loving God, so great, SO GREAT, a salvation?
