How Do I Know God Loves Me?

When I'm feeling low
When God's love
Doesn't seem to show
How do I know he loves me?

I look at the canvas of creation
See the colours splashed across
From mousy brown
To the deep green moss
Then I know he loves me

And I remember the celebration
We have each year
For the birth of Jesus Christ
Born to die
For us on the cross
The full expression of God's grace

Such love as this
He has shown for me
To give part of his very self
So that I might share
In his love and care

So that's how I know
No matter where I go
Even in life's on a low
His love does abound
I see it all around
And I know deep inside
He loves me
