Do you feel like the walls are closing in on you, and that you have no place to turn? If you do, do not give up. Help is on the way! Things can be worked out; and you can have your hope restored.


Problems seem to be beyond solving, pulling you under your circumstances. You become discouraged and begin to give up, feeling defeated and helpless. Dark clouds block the sun in your heart, giving little chance for the ray of hope you so desperately need.


Are you over worked and burdened with stress? Do you skip meals and sleep less than you really need? It is a recipe for discouragement and depression. Take care of yourself; then you can face your problems with the clear mind you need.


The first step will be to admit you need some help; seek the One with the answers, and the solution. "Turn to Me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other (Isaiah 45:22 NAS)."


Trusting God with our life and problems lifts the cares of the world off our backs. You do have a place to turn; and Jesus is the way!
