Do you have the pleasure of attending formal luncheons? Often tiny tea sandwiches are served to the guests, after being carefully cut in squares, rectangles, or triangles. They are appealing to the eye; but how nutritional are they? Maybe it is just a clever start to a more substantial meal.
Most tea sandwiches have the crusts removed before serving. Guess what? Most of the vitamins are found in the crust! The best part is tossed in a garbage disposal; and we consume the rest! Do we discard God's best plans for us? Are we unaware of the priceless value found in His perfect will? "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (Romans 12:2 NKJ)." Maybe even when we grow hard as stale crusts we contain hidden treasure! God's will is always best!
