"Let it rain, let it pour!" Man in his listing of many accomplishments is still unable to control the weather! Changes might be made to influence weather conditions; but controlling the weather is in the hands of the Almighty! Farmers pray for rains on growing crops and plants flourish following God's released rains.
Is a one time rain sufficient? How long will the moisture last? God in His wisdom and grace gives early and late rains! "Be glad then, you children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God; for He has given you the former rain faithfully, and He will cause the rain to come down for you- the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month (Joel 2:23 NKJ)." Are we growing in Christ, or are our souls parched? Look above, rain clouds are forming!
