We live in a very fearful generation. Is security and personal safety even possible? What do we fear? Violent personal attacks and terrorism on an international scale reveal the truth of our vulnerability. Individuals, large corporations, and nations spend huge sums of money on security systems; but protection can never be guaranteed. Our only place to turn for refuge is God.


It may be impossible to find total security for ourselves, families, and nations. It is impossible to lose our eternal security. "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. I and My Father are one (John 10:27-30 NKJ)." It is impossible to lose our salvation. We are resting secure in the hand of God.
