God Adds the Sparkles

When life gets you down
And you wear a frown,
Lift your eyes to the skies
And see a lovely surprise.

What will He show you today
To find joy along the way
Beauty of a rainbow after rain
Makes you forget hurt and pain.

God sends us friends very dear,
Those far away and near.
Their friendship adds spice
It's not for sale at any price.

Our Creator sends geese in flight
To our amazement and delight.
Beautiful sunset and blessings rife
God adds the sparkles to my life.

My husband and I did mission work in Zambia for 5 years and I am now doing prison ministry. I have three children and three grandchildren.
