My Darling Sweet Karla,


I'm sorry to hear. That he's broken you heart and filled it with fear. I know you feel empty and feel like a ghost. But now you are saying you loved me the most?


Both of us know that it was unjust. You've broken my heart. You've broken my trust. I sat in that drawer, hoping one day, to hear these exact words that you today say.


But time and loneliness have been by my side. It's too late now for you to swallow your pride. I found someone else who sees me a treasure. Something that I can never truly measure.


You see, the day that you let your friend spend the night. She asked for pen and paper and you said "Alright". The excitement she gets when she writes on me, was a day that I thought I would never see.


So my darling sweet Karla, I offer you thanks. For leaving me to be found by Josephine Hanks.
